MCLD provides all of its services at no charge to deaf and hard of hearing people, attorneys, courts, law enforcement officers, and other professionals serving deaf and hard of hearing people such as interpreters and captionists. These services are provided free to ensure that all aspects of the legal and judicial system are accessible to the traditionally underserved deaf and hard of hearing population.
