CHAKPLA Delphina Essi Mansan Séna has been part of MCLD since 2018. As a National Coordinator, Delphina is driven by the MCLD team’s dynamism and spirit of solidarity and accountability.
Delphina views the National Coordinator role as a catalyst for raising awareness among the general population and other associations, as well as serving as a bridge between associations and the global secretariat.
Her expertise in gender and development focuses her professional career on women’s empowerment and community development, areas in which she has been able to provide innovative and sustainable solutions.
