Béranger Tossou has been affiliated with MCLD since 2017. Now, as Benin coordinator, Béranger is deeply motivated by the belief that the most effective and sustainable solutions come from communities themselves.
Béranger is inspired by the sense of unity, shared responsibility, and collective action that community-led development fosters. What motivates him most is seeing communities take ownership of their own development, setting their priorities, and finding solutions that truly reflect their realities.

Outside of MCLD, Béranger works with Youth Service Africa (YSA), an organization committed to empowering young people and communities through education, innovation, and sustainable development initiatives.
